In 2012 i released my debut album: "Intimate Preludes for Piano."
The album was inspired by "Contact Improvisation"
Contact improvisation is a wonderful form of dance,
based on improvasation.
It is never prepared in advance.
Created in the moment usually by 2 people, who play a game.
The game is to stay in contact.
In contact with the partner,
in contact with themselfs,
in contact with the space and sound they are in when they dance
and in contact with the moment.

Like the "Contact" dance,
the music on this album was also improvised in the moment.
It was never written on a paper.
While playing this music, i could imagine in my head, people dancing to it.

The album tells a story.
And like a story, every prelude on it ,has a beginning, a dramatic peak and an end.
The album has 10 preludes. each one is a little story of its own and all of them together combines into one story as well.
And like a story, every melody takes its time to develop...

Since the album was released,
i was very happy to recieve many massages and possitive comments of appriciation from people who enjoy this piano project. among them i found many contemporary and contact impro dancers, teachers and people who use this music for all sorts of body movement practices, workshops, classes and contemporary dance perfomance.

I am honored to share this music with you.
